Frequently asked questions

What is an ADHD digital planner?

It is a PDF planner with clickable tabs and buttons that you open in a note-taking app on a tablet or phone. Our ADHD planners add pages for uneven energy (good-energy, low-energy and chaos days), a Welcome back page for restarting after missed days, and tools like brain dumps and task breakdowns.

Which apps and devices does it work with?

On iPad: GoodNotes 5/6, Notability, Noteshelf, Zoom Notes and PDF Expert. On Android tablets: Samsung Notes, Xodo, Noteshelf and Penly. It also opens in any PDF app that supports links. On reMarkable and Kindle Scribe the pages work but links may not. The note-taking app is not included.

Should I choose the undated or the 2027 planner?

Choose undated if you often start and stop: nothing ever falls "behind" and you can begin any day. Choose 2027 if real dates help you, for example to see appointments in a monthly calendar. The bundle includes both plus the printable version.

What happens if I miss days or weeks?

Nothing bad. Skipped days are just blank pages, and the Welcome back page helps you restart from today without catching up. Habit trackers count days done, not streaks.

How do I get the files after I buy?

Checkout currently happens on our Etsy shop. After payment, Etsy gives you the download under You > Purchases. Each planner includes a Read Me First guide with import steps for iPad and Android.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Yes, for your own personal use you can import the PDF into your apps on all of your own devices. Please do not share or resell the files.

Do the links keep working if I duplicate a page?

Yes. Duplicate any page in your app when you need more of it; the tabs on the copy still work.

Can I print the digital planners?

You can, but the digital planners are designed in landscape for screens. If you prefer paper, the 2027 printable planner comes in A4 and US Letter with colour and ink-saver versions.

Is this a medical or therapy product?

No. These planners are self-organisation tools. They do not diagnose, treat or cure ADHD or any condition, and they are not a substitute for professional support.

A link does not work. What should I do?

First check that your app is in reading or "tap links" mode (for example, in GoodNotes, links work when you tap with your finger or in read-only mode). If it still does not work, email hello@tinywinsplanner.com with your app and device and we will help.
