Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Tiny Wins Planner ("we", "us") collects through tinywinsplanner.com, why, and what choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Emails you send us. If you email hello@tinywinsplanner.com, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply and help you.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this to identify you.
• Purchases. Checkout currently happens on Etsy (and, in future, through a payment provider that acts as merchant of record). Those companies process your payment and order details under their own privacy policies. We never see your full card details.
• Email list (if you join). If you sign up for our emails, we store your email address (and first name if you give it) with our email provider to send you the newsletter and free resources you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service and update this page.

Legal bases (UK/EU visitors)

We process data to answer your requests and fulfil orders (contract), to keep the site secure (legitimate interests), and to send marketing emails only when you have opted in (consent).

Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the shop (hosting, payments, email), and only as needed for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you and for our records. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@tinywinsplanner.com. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change and change the date at the top.
