Refund policy

Our planners are digital files that you can keep as soon as they're delivered, so we can't offer "change of mind" returns. But we want every planner to work for you, so here's what we do.

If something doesn't work

If a file won't download, won't open, or its links don't work in a supported app, email hello@tinywinsplanner.com within 14 days of purchase. Tell us your device and app. We'll help you fix it or send a corrected file. If we can't make it work, we'll give you a full refund.

If you bought the wrong version

Email us within 14 days and we'll swap it for the right one (for example, undated instead of 2027). If the new one costs more, you only pay the difference.

Duplicate purchases

Bought the same product twice by mistake? We'll refund the duplicate.

Orders placed on Etsy

For orders placed through our Etsy shop, refunds are issued through Etsy and Etsy's own policies and buyer protections also apply.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. If you are in the UK or EU, when you buy a digital download you agree that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day right to cancel; our promise above still applies.
