By using tinywinsplanner.com or buying a Tiny Wins Planner product, you agree to these terms.
Digital products
All products are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing physical is shipped. Digital planners need a compatible note-taking or PDF app, which is not included. Colours may look slightly different on different screens and printers.
Personal-use licence
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself. You may:
- import the files into apps on your own devices;
- print pages for your own use as often as you like;
- duplicate pages inside your app.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute or upload the files (or edited versions of them) anywhere, or use them in products for sale. Copyright in all designs stays with Tiny Wins Planner.
Purchases and payments
Orders are processed by our sales platform or payment provider (currently Etsy). Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank or the platform may convert them to your currency. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout by the platform.

Liability
